Starlight was born on December 23, 1975 and was raised in upstate New York.

She moved to New York City in 2001, at the age of 26.Lady Starlight is best known in relation to Lady Gaga, having met the performer during a Manhattan party. The two became good friends and Starlight helped Gaga in making the "elaborate onstage costumes" for which she is now known. The two hosted a weekly party entitled New York Street Revival and Trash Dance, in which they performed songs from the 1970s and 1980s. Their "outrageous performances" included lighting hairspray cans on fire and go-go dancing. The two then performed in 2007 as Lady Gaga and the Starlight Revue, "a surprise hit", where Starlight played 70s glam and metal records between Gaga's pop songs. The pair performed at the 2007 Lollapalooza music festival. Starlight claims to have influenced Lady Gaga's career and also claims to have created her on-stage persona.

Hatsune Miku is a humanoid persona voiced by a singing synthesizer application developed by Crypton Future Media. She uses Yamaha Corporation's Vocaloid 2 and Vocaloid 3 singing synthesizing technologies. She also uses Crypton Future Media's Piapro Studio, a singing synthesizer VSTi Plugin. She was the second Vocaloid sold using the Vocaloid 2 engine, and the first Japanese Vocaloid to use the Japanese version of the Vocaloid 2 engine. Her voice is sampled from Japanese voice actress, Saki Fujita. Hatsune Miku has performed at her concerts onstage as an animated projection. Hatsune Miku is portrayed to be a 16-year-old girl with long turquoise pigtails.The name of the character comes from merging the Japanese words for first, sound and future sounds like a nanori reading of future, normally read as "mirai", referring to her position as the first of Crypton's "Character Vocal Series". According to Crypton, her name is meant to signify the "first sound from the future".

Crayon Pop is a five-member South Korean girl group formed in 2012 under Chrome Entertainment. Formed in early 2012, the group consists of Gum-mi, Ellin, Way, Cho-a and Soyul. Crayon Pop debuted on June 24, 2012 with the release of both the Korean and Japanese music videos for their first single "Bing Bing", followed by the release of their first EP, "The 1st Mini Album".Crayon Pop's popularity rose with the release of "Bar Bar Bar", which began to draw interest and went on to become viral due to their unique stage outfits and choreography. "Bar Bar Bar" gradually began to climb the Korean digital music charts, eventually reaching the upper positions of most major real time chart listings, including reaching number #1 on the weekly Billboard's Korea K-Pop Hot 100 for the first time after a full 6 weeks on release.

BABYMETAL

Babymetal is a Japanese metal vocal and dance group, consisting of Suzuka Nakamoto, Moa Kikuchi and Yui Mizuno. The three teenaged girls and their group are managed by the Amuse talent agency.

 

They released their debut album of the same name February 2014.
